Biography

Chief Analyst Mara Elise Voss leads the Directorate of Analytics, the institution responsible for predictive modelling, civic forecasting, and the maintenance of the analytic infrastructure on which modern governance depends.

She graduated from the Academy of Predictive Sciences with record results and was appointed Deputy Director at the age of twenty-six. At twenty-nine she became the youngest Chief Analyst in the history of the Directorate. She is the principal architect of the Adaptive Civic Forecasting Engine, the platform from which most ministerial planning now originates.
