The administrative heart of Urban Protocol. The Executive District contains the Directorate Headquarters, the Council Chamber, and the principal ministerial offices.
Overview
The Executive District is the seat of civic administration. The Directorate Headquarters, the Council Chamber, the Office of the Director-General, and the principal ministerial buildings are located along the central administrative axis. The Observation Deck and the Archive Vault are also situated within the district.
Character
The district is defined by its measured pace, its architectural restraint, and the integration of public space with institutional function. Pedestrian thoroughfares connect ministry buildings without the use of vehicular traffic. The district closes to non-credentialed traffic at 22:00 each evening.
