Civic Residential District
The Model Residential District, designed by the Ministry of Development as the reference template for modern Protocol housing. Public Square 04 hosts the largest weekly civic forum in the city.
Overview
The Civic Residential District is the largest and most-photographed residential area in Urban Protocol. Its layout — a grid of low- and mid-rise housing arranged around shared public squares and vertical gardens — was developed as the reference template for all subsequent residential expansions.
Character
Households of all sizes are accommodated within walking distance of education, transit, and the Citizen Service Center. The district’s Public Square hosts the weekly civic forum, the longest-running open assembly in the Protocol Era. Citizen Wellbeing Authority indicators for the district consistently rank among the highest in the city.
